Sonya Friesen

Sonya has been an avid fan of dark rooms filled with stationary bikes since attending her first spin class over four years ago. That obsession has brought her to the Elevate podium where you can expect fast jogs, heavy climbs and big beats. When you clip in with Sonya expect a challenge and get ready to dig deep, ride hard and get lost in the music. The majority of Sonya’s spare time is spent vacuuming her house thanks to her two very lovable – very furry – golden retrievers and her rescue cats who – thanks to their canine siblings –  may or may not be experiencing identity crises.
