Deanna brings years of experience to the podium and coaching expertise. Music has always been a big part of Deanna’s life as her Dad was a musician. She doesn’t have a favourite genre but will bring the heat with fierce reggae track in class… and Chris Stapleton during the cooldown. Find her on the Ottawa trails in her spare time with her pups, Mak and Reggie.
